Okay, so here are the rules for submission:
1: MegaTokyo images only, please
I know this one seems obvious, but I still want to make sure no one wastes my time...
2: Do not e-mail me images.
Find some webspace to put them on, be it Geocities, or your own home brew. Put it up there. Use the submission form.

Turns out that _ is no longer an allowed character in host names (since 1992! God, what rock have I been living under?)
Anyhow, this means that having underscores in the host name = manual adding. Not much to do about it, it's supposed to be.
3: Don't submit gigantor files
A good guideline is to keep your images under 100k, and in formats that are web-ready (No tiffs, PSDs, what have you). Note that 100K is still pretty big--something like 30k would be much kinder to those with slower connections.
Images larger than ~110K will be rejected. (except wallpapers)
3.5: Image Pet Peeves
4: Use the form the way it was intended.
Fill things out the way you want 'em seen on the site.
4.5: Please don't fill in your homepage link as the image URL.
The dumb machine got a little smarter. This is no longer possible.
5: Don't expect immediate results
I'm just one man, with a couple friends to help me! I pretty much decided to do this on a whim...
5.5: Not everyone gets a staff comment from Dom or Piro.
There are a few that Piro has expressed an interest in commenting on, and there are a few that I want to annotate as well. It is not a measure of your image's quality if you do or do not get a comment (though if Piro says "This image is really, really good", then yes, it's a measure of how much we like it)
6: Colorized MT strips do not count as fanart.
That's Fred's art with a few extra clicks (oversimplifying, but still). By Fred's specific request, though, feel free to send colorized versions of the DPDs and such.
7: Fanart that has already been submitted to Fred must be resubmitted.
He has it, but it's buried somewhere. It's best to give your fanart a fresh start in case he's lost or buried it.
8: No Pr0n
